$5.99 on Etsy · instant download · sold by Ink and Index
A record-keeping tool. It is not a medical product and not a treatment for ADHD or any other condition.

The ADHD-Friendly Budget Spreadsheet is a budget with as few steps as possible. Money goes into three buckets: Bills (fixed costs you pay on a date), Everyday (food, transport, small essentials) and Fun (treats, eating out, hobbies). Savings come out first. Each day you type one number, and the Today tab shows what is fine to spend. It has gentle wording, no streaks to lose and no red alarms, and it works in Excel and Google Sheets. It is not a medical product and not a treatment.
- Three buckets and one number a day, with a Today tab that shows what is fine to spend
- Missed days are fine: every total is a plain sum, so a gap never breaks anything
- No streaks and no red alarms: over for the month shows how far over and starts fresh next month
- 3
- buckets: Bills, Everyday, Fun
- 1
- number to type each day
- 12
- bills in the setup
- 366

Why Most Budgets Ask for Too Much
A budget with forty categories asks for attention every time you spend. This one asks for a single number a day.
- Forty categories mean forty small decisions every time you spend.
- You miss three days and the sheet feels ruined.
- A red cell turns a small overspend into a scolding.
- You never know what is fine to spend today, only what you spent.
- Bills sit in a separate place and you forget which ones are paid.
Six Parts of the ADHD Budget
Pick a part to see it. You type the numbers, and the workbook works out what is left and what is fine to spend.
Part 1 of 6 · the Today tab

Fewer Steps, Gentler Wording
The workbook is built with fewer steps and gentle wording in mind. Every total is a plain sum, so a missed day never breaks anything. The count of days logged is for you, not a score, and there are no streaks to lose.
It is a record-keeping tool. It is not a medical product and not a treatment for ADHD or any other condition, and it is not financial or medical advice. There is no bank connection, no automatic import, no reminders or notifications, no macros and no debt payoff plan.
AI tools were used to help write the wording and the code that builds the workbook, the guide, the pictures and the video. The workbook's results were checked against an independent calculation of the example data. Personal use. Please do not resell, share or upload the files.
