Refunds and Downloads

Every Words That Rank product is a digital download. You buy it on Whop, Gumroad or Etsy, and the store delivers the files and handles payment and refunds.

How refunds work

Each store shows its own refund terms at checkout and sets its own rules, so read them before you buy. Those terms can differ for digital files and for physical goods.

If a file will not open

Email haris@wordsthatrank.com with the title, the store and what you see. I will fix the file or send a replacement.

If a product is not as described

Tell me which page or listing misled you. I will correct the listing as well as help with your download.

Free downloads

The free guides have nothing to refund. If one will not open, the same email applies.
